Being a photographer himself, the founder and designer of ARTISAN&ARTIST showed a passionate interest in the environment of artists, stylists and photographers. He called on their expertise to create the tools these artists need and directly collaborated with numerous famous representatives of various sectors. Out of these collaborations emerged a world of sophisticated beauty which took the name of ARTISAN&ARTIST.

Established in 1991, the company integrated outstanding craftsmanship with a refusal to compromise artistic quality.

A new series of cosmetic pouches was released and won the hearts of countless professionals with their unique authentic design and incomparable functionality. The products proved to be wildly popular amongst photographers, thereby increasing the recognition and appeal of the ARTISAN&ARTIST brand. One of these products was sent to Barneys New York Tokyo. They were impressed by the product’s innovative design and high functionality.

In 1999, ARTISAN&ARTIST introduced the ACAM Classic Series of camera bags fulfilling the concept of classic simplicity with a minimalist and urbane look. Emphasis was placed on materials and functionality by employing a water and stain resistant canvas for the main body of the bags and an inner case with removable partitions that allows perfect protection for different items. These products have appealed to camera owners and professionals with an entirely new image of a camera bag that looks discreet and simple.

The creativity of ARTISAN&ARTIST is not limited to camera bags, it also extends to straps, body cases and other products that offer a broad array of highly attractive camera accessories. The “Silk Cord Strap” and “Easy Slider Strap” are the signature, iconic straps of the brand.
